Identification help: Swedish Silver war medal?

Hi, I know its not a coin but I'm hoping the collective knowledge here will help me learn more about this item. All Ive been able to find out is that its Swedish, most likely Svea Artillery Regiment, and silver. Anyone have anymore info they can add? Thanks!

    Thanks it looks much better in person, it has a nice luster to it when the light hits it right :)
