Where Do I Start?

Just inherited about 60 HOF member signed baseballs, old cards from the 60's and many autographed photos and plaques. Many of the balls are extras that I already had. All have the cert that came with them back in the 1980's when they were gifted to us. My mother would get them from Moody's and a place called The Score Board in Georgia. I am used to getting coins graded but not sports memorabilia. Will I be able to recover the grading costs if I send 40 of these out to PSA?! Any advise is appreciated.

Depends on what you have...assuming it is all authentic....look up sold prices for psadna authenticated like items on ebay for each player name. Then look at grading costs for each player...also factoring in all the ebay, paypal, shipping costs, etc., see if there is any real potential profit for each given player. If not, then you have your answer. You may be able to save some money on grading fees by asking psa for a bulk discount or looking at the monthly specials for baseball autos and such. You also have to place a value on your time. It may take a while to do all of that prep work and depending upon your real life, may not be worth the effort. Finally, at least for the most likely highest priced psadna fee items...mantle and such...you may want to get quick opinions first to ensure they will likely pass...better to lose $15 vice $100+to/from shipping costs if something is no good.

Can we see more pictures? That season ticket box is awesome. If they are authentic, you have a ton of incredible tickets there.

Got the tickets at an estate sale. The guy was a season ticket holder that lived 100 miles from Milwaukee so he did not make them all. Here is some close ups of the front and back. Also I included a couple more items that were in a box. The ball we did not have a cert for. Does someone know whose signature this might be?
