Per the pops, PCGS has graded 40 DCAMs in all grades. There is only one 66DCAM (this one), and there's just one graded higher, a 67DCAM.

You're welcome. I am deep into a German Empire 20th Century silver set. Type coins for the 2, 3, and 5 Marks and date and mint for the Marks and 1/2 Marks.
The 1913-F 1/2 mark looks like a cameo; does the other side look the same? If so, might be worth considering submitting for a CAM or DCAM designation. In any case, both of the minors are beautiful!!
Here is the only TPG graded 20th Century 2-sided matte proof German Empire coin (there are two issues that are matte proof obverse and matte proof reverse)
