How does this Wilson Franks card grade a 4?

I thought the lower left corner was bad until I saw that train wreck lower right corner. You have to click the zoom to fully appreciate it. Yikes!

This has to be a mechanical error, right? Horrible corners but the bottom-right suffers paper loss in the green below his elbow/forearm.
