    I'm not quite sure, but I assume it's for everyone that normally gets ebay bucks. Check your ebay messages to see if you got it.

    You have to sign up to receive eBay promotions. Signing up does not mean you will get included in the eBay bucks promotions on a regular basis. I have been signed up for a couple years and have received extra bucks 2 times. According to eBay users are picked at random to receive the additional bucks promotions.

    I got them every time for about a year. Since then I haven't gotten one in about a year. I have a hard time believing it's random. I just checked again, and I am signed up.

    I do not get these offers...ZERO NONE ZIPPITY..
    I made sure and clicked to get these promos.
    I do sell on Ebay at times as well. But I do not have a store, is that the reason?

    I have a item ending tomorrow, which this could help out.

    I love when they do the 10% eBay bucks. It is not a regular occurrence, however.
