Help identifying silver medal.

Any ideas what country this is from?

There is also a really small initial of zm and a bird like counter stamp

While I didn't find an exact match, I found one that's similar enough to determine that it's some kind of Yugoslavian medal commemorating Nikola Tesla (1856-1943).

I don't read Cyrillic, but recognized "Yugoslavia" (???????????) in there, at the bottom of the reverse. Thanks to the Wikipedia page, I figured out that the other two words at the top (?????? ?????) are Tesla's name.

According to a recently ended eBay listing this medal was made by "ZIN Kovnica, Belgrade, Yugoslavia."

the one on ebay has a silver mark , the one the OP has is not marked silver

I see a small 925 right above the 1976 on the reverse. The lighting makes it hard to see, but zooming in helps. Looks like a silver one on eBay but that one has a better photo.
