FYI Do not put the Pound sign (money) in a PM

I just typed a long PM to a member and put the Pound sign, alt163, in the PM and got this error message:

ERROR: One of the values in the url has not passed validation.

Error Code: 113

You also can't put the sign in a thread or you'll get the same error code.

Gotta love the new improved software.

I am a little surprised however that the paragraph issue remains unresolved.

Ajaan - I just copied from some UK dealer's web site and pasted into the Quick Reply window.

I tried to copy it from a Word document and it didn't work.

You typed a long PM to a member? Now this is definitely an oxymoron.

For the rest I tend to agree with JohnyCash, and Don, you cannot copy paste stuff from word docs here, it's gotta be posted online, I use EVP's trick often, and this is my impression about copying from word.doc.
