Problem with private messages? Or am I missing something?

I received an email that I have a new private message at Collectors Universe. But when I log into CU, I do not see any new private messages. It just shows "No New Messages" Does anyone what is going on? Any help is appreciated.

I've had some issues with PMs since the switch to the new CU platform. Some come normally through the PM feature and others as emails.

It depends how the person replied to a PM, replies from their email are not in the PMs here.

Problem with private messages? Or am I missing something?
