2015 topps football buyback question

I opened a jumbo hobby pack and the 1982 buyback was not stamped. Has anyone else found one like this?

Look for a black stamp, it is hard to see sometimes.

I opened 2 jumbo cases and received 24 of them it was the only 1 that wasn't stamped. I emailed Topps over a week ago but have heard nothing back
