2008 Cuba Error coin (Doubled lettering)

this 2008 Cuba 10 centavos has some errors on it but one interesting error is the doubled lettering in centavos

in hand it's somewhat noticeable

but then you look closer and see this

it's from over polishing a die or die fatigue , Neat but not and error.
