1921 Fatman Dollar? Leave it to you guys/gals.

Hi. I got a decent size collection and it had a plethora of older foreign coinage and this coin was in there.

Chinese Fatman dollars are certainly not something I know much about so I figured way to determine date/variety/authenticity is to post if to people who know a lot more than me.

Have you tried weighing it, performed a magnet test and measured the diameter with a set of calipers? If not, do so and that can help authenticate it for you: this coin should weigh 26.4000g but I forget off the top of my head what the diameter is..... It definitely looks like it has hairlines, which means it was most likely cleaned at some point.

I believe the 7 character fatman is the later 1921not the 1914. The characters above his bust translate to the 9th year of his rulership. I think my 1914 have five characters above the bust.
