NEW P has it been MS-70'd? (PCGS GRADE IN)

Hers one I just got and im wondering from the rainbow loot around head and letters. Has it been MS-70'd? do you think it will straight grade? If so what?

    Hard to tell from the photo but the color does look off on the obverse. The reverse looks OK and with the apparent rub is probably an AU53-55 coin.

    To me it looks like a very old, light cleaning, then retoned.

    Not my cup of tea, this one. But I'm glad for you - truly - that you are pleased. Each to his own. I'm curious, is there hints of a fingerprint around the Britannia's olive branch / right arm? (her right not ours)
