Forum Question - Private Messages

There's a member here that sent me a message because they are interested in purchasing some of my cards. I received the message, but when I sent the response it did not show up in the conversation. Does this mean that this person does not have their private messages turned on? Would they be able to send messages if that's the case?

    I think they can send but not receive.

    I recall my first reach out via PM for a similar reason, and then next thing I know I see a Subject that reads something like: Vintagefun, Please Turn on Your PMs with instructions on how to do so.
    52-90 All Sports, Mostly Topps, Mostly HOF, and some assorted wax.

    Thanks I've created a post on the buyerseller forum too. I'm not going to bump any of these further. Don't want to clutter the forum. Hopefully they see it. If not, oh well.
