2,000th Post

Well, I joined the boards on March 29, 2009 @ 8:05 PM. After 5 1/2 years, I finally made it to 2000 posts. I have had a ball on the boards. Made so awesome life long friends. Been able to share my collection with everyone and been able to share in your collection. Have there been some real DB's on here......yeah, but that's life. You meet them in life everyday. I remember the good times A TON more than the bad.
I just wanted to thank everyone that has participated in my passion over the last 5 years. It's tough when you have two daughters and a wife that could really care less.......LOL. They just don't understand the thrill and excitement when you pick up that awesome centered crease free T206, or your Mantle pops a PSA 8 or you land the 70 BB cello with your favorite player on top. It's only something that OUR fraternity understands.
I am attaching the link to my original post below. It's funny how many people are still here (Stone and Dboneesq.....you old guys....LOL) and the guys that are not on the boards anymore.
I am hoping my title changes but think not.....

<< <i>2,000th post? Rookie. LOL... >>
You usually post 2,000 times in a month, right?
Even though it is just a number, it is a good chance to reflect and I could have written exactly what you said (substituting two boys for girls though). Congrats on 2,000 and looking forward to more of the same my friend.
P.S. You are still going down in fantasy football this year.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep."

Collecting:
Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.
But as Tim said ... ROOKIE! LOL
Wishing you many more years of fun on these boards.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

LOL.....I am going to stomp a mud hole in you and walk it dry.
Marc, I would LOVE to rip something but either I have junk or stuff that I don't want to rip. BTW, have really enjoyed your posts and passion. Glad you are still on the boards....even though you are a Canceso fan
