If I'm reading this correctly, that works out to the equivalent of 11x Ebay Bucks ($3 eBay Bucks + $30 coupon) on a $150 purchase:
What is the Promotion?
Eligible buyers who make a purchase in a single transaction for $150 or more will receive a $30 coupon for a future purchase. A qualifying transaction can include multiple items. For example, if in a single transaction a buyer purchases thee (3) items that combined meet the $150+ criteria, the buyer is eligible to receive the coupon.
Buyers can only receive this offer once. For example, if a buyer makes two qualifying transaction during the promotion period, they will only receive one (1) $30 coupon.
The $150 purchase requirement is calculated on the item(s) price. For example, if a user purchases items for $145 and pays $10 in shipping, they will not receive a coupon as the purchase is less than $150.
When do I get my coupon?
Buyers who successfully complete the promotion, will receive their coupon via email two (2) weeks after the promotion ends.

Think I got a $20 one a month or so ago and took advantage, but would be all over a $50 one as well.
