    Does everyone get this? I've never seen an offer for multiple bucks even though I use eBay a lot.

    I get most of them... although I notice that they must send these out based on PST. Because when the promotion is said to start at 8am, I won't get the email until after 11am EST. And while I usually get the eBay Bucks offers... I rarely, if ever, get a coupon offer.

    I just got off the phone with Ebay and asked about the promotional emails. I was told that there are no specail requirements and that the emails are sent out to random Ebay users. I believe that that is not correct as there are guys here that get the promotional emails every time. I have never been included in the promotions.

    I got one but can't find anything attractively priced to use it on, LOL..


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
