1993 China 5 Yuan Platinum Panda

I have a client who is needing information on a 1993 China 5 Yuan Platinum Panda. I have done some initial research on the coin already but since I do not deal in World Coins, I thought it would be best to ask the members here. She is wanting to sell the coin and I am trying to decide the best way for her to realize maximum gains. But here's the kicker- the coin is encased in a bezel! It does not appear that the prongs are closed tightly against the coin either but she has taken the coin to several jewelers and they refuse to even touch it. And the local "coin shop" was not much help either. So, what should we do? Try to remove the coin from the bezel and have it graded? Or leave it in the bezel and try to sell it at a discount? Since she does not have the Original Mint Packaging, I know that will affect the value to a degree. But by how much? There is not much pricing history on this particular coin that I could find and I don't have a Krauss World Coin guide. I am attaching 4 images to help illustrate what I am talking about(sorry for the poor images. I had to go mobile last night with my set-up and I'm not quite equipped for that just yet). Thank you for the help. It is greatly appreciated!

I recommend removing from the mount very carefully then submitting for NCS conservation and NGC grading to maximize price potential. This of course depends on what state the coin is currently. Hard to tell from the pics.

The coin is in good shape. It has not been cleaned and is free of fingerprints and other distracting marks. There is quite a bit of lint on the coin but should easily be removed with a couple shots of low-pressure compressed air. I think it would grade PF66UCAM at minimum, if there is no rim damage from the prongs on the bezel. Thanks for your reply!

If removed with no rim damage and grades PF66UC from NGC, price guide says 600 (800 for 67, 1050 for 68 and 2000 for 69).

I saw that in the NGC Price Guide when I was researching the coin last night. PCGS Price Guide shows similar values as well. But I searched Heritage, Great Collections and eBay for past auction records and I came up empty for this particular coin.
