Can you help me identify these 2 coins?
I specialize in currency and I am unsure of exactly what these are. If you have any info on them it is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

The first one is an imitation of a Spanish-American 8 escudos gold coin. However, this particular piece was made for use with the "Dread Pirate" board game. You can even read "DREADPIRA" where the king's name and titles usually go, and the castles inside the cross have been replaced with "DP" monograms.
The second item is a rechenpfennig, or "counting token". The token-makers of Nuremberg, Germany were among the most prolific in Europe and their tokens, jetons and rechenpfennigs were exported all over. This one has a French design and may have even been intended for the French market, even though the French had strict laws in place limiting the import of foreign jetons. Cornelius Lauffer was token-master of the Laufer family from 1658 to 1711.

Apparently I have been awarded the DPOTD twice.
Does the token have any value?
