Need some help with a redemption card

So, I bought my son a box of 2012 Panini Past & Present basketball for his birthday. When we opened it, there was an expired redemption for an autograph card. When I bought the box from DACardworld, the listing said that Panini is still honoring these redemptions. Does anybody know how I go about redeeming this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
Steve

I would just follow the redemption directions on the card as if it weren't expired
    It never leaves you...

I'd send it in it doesn't really cost you anything. I had a recent panini basketball filled in 3 months so it does take a little bit to get the card back but their website will tell you if they've accepted it and are trying to file it.

I recently got some expired Panini redemptions honored. Use their online system, it's a breeze.

Thanks. I will try redeeming online. Do you guys know if you have to contact them first or can you just follow instructions as though they were unexpired?

Just follow instructions as if it were unexpired. I did, with a rookie auto from that set, and it was accepted and filled with no problem.

Panini gets a lot of flack but they are so far above others with their redemption practice--Topps does nothing with expired and UD has occasional raffles for expired autograph ones at big shows.

Oh yeah UD redemptions are horrible compared to how good panini is. If you're actively pursuing UD for a redemption card I would suggest moving on to another manufacturer.

The best I've experienced as far as the redemption times and card are the racing five star product. They don't have an online way to track your status though.

I submitted the code and it was accepted. It was really easy. My first redemption ever (I usually don't open much modern product) so thanks for the help.
