Leave Neagtive Feedback Or Not???

On May 8th a new Ebay seller with zero feedback listed an item with a Buy It Now and I figured I would take a chance and buy it. I paid as soon as I hit the guy it now. I waited a few days but never received any shipping confirmation. On May 13th I sent a message asking if the item had been shipped. The seller responded that they had been out and just returned and that it would be shipped that day. On May 15th I got a message from them that they had not shipped the item and asked if I still wanted it. I responded that it was too much of a hassle waiting and for them to just refund my money. They didn't know how to do a refund and asked if I could do it through Ebay. After telling them how to go through Paypal to issue the refund and them telling me the refund would be sent I waited several hours for the refund. It never came so I filed a claim through Ebay later that night. Yesterday they finally sent the refund. Well, I just noticed that the item has been relisted for the same Buy it Now price. Should I leave a negative feedback to warn potential buyers or just drop it and move on?

agreed
open for a negative positive response

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

<< <i>Thanks for the responses. I'm all packed up and moving on.

So, now someone else gets to buy from this seller and maybe go through a big hassle because you didn't warn them? For some reason, very few people here will ever suggest leaving anything but a positive.

Agree. Was this a positive experience for you? Doesn't sound like it to me. Feedback is only as good as the people leaving it. If no one left any, then how would others know who to deal with?
<< <i>Buy it again... >>
This gets my vote!
<< <i>Since they are a noob with 0 feedback, I'd just move on. >>
Since you are annoyingly old school and not caught up with the year 2000 yet the world moves on from you
<< <i>Not a Neg. A Neutral at worst but not really worth the hassle. Could also leave you
open for a negative positive response >>
Which is a violation of eBay rules and easily removed.
The "OMG, they might retaliate!" mindset is just wrong. And who cares if he DOES get a negative positive? Not like it actually hurts anything and it's easily removed anyway.
I say leave AT LEAST a neutral.

Well the original poster might, that's why I mentioned it

Yes it can be removed but that brings up the "is it really worth the hassle" comment
