Another great mailday (updated with Pics 5/13 on bottom of first page)

So no one else I know cares, and maybe few do here as well, but I thought I would share some more of my recent acquisitions. For those who don't know, I collect a bit of unopened and sprinkled in are a few player collections of modern players. The list is Kevin Durant, Lebron James, Anthony Davis, Steph Curry and Andrew Luck. My main focus lately has been Durant and Anthony Davis. I collect mainly PSA 10 singles but I will also get a raw Auto if it looks nice. My modern collection ranges from $10 cards to $300 or so as I don't like to get to high end with modern players. I'd rather spend more on unopened or more vintage cards. Without further ado, my newest pick ups:
I have been looking to pick up a Topps Chrome RC of him in PSA 10 for a while. Finally got two as a lot in an auction. Then the next day I got another one at an even better price. I am probably buying at the top (that's what I get for buying in season, but I love the Topps Chrome card so I am happy to have a few of them).

I have been eyeing this Bowman Sterling for a while too. Had a couple snipes and won two of them so, oh well, I guess it's nice to have a spare

A couple of lower dollar cards. These will never break the bank but they remind of collecting as a kid, when my friends and I would try to get as many different kinds of Will Clark cards as we could get our hands on. I like to have a variety of cards in my collection.

A couple new PSA 10 RC's of the Unibrow! I have bought too many auto cards of him recently so I thought I'd get a couple regular PSA 10 RC's.

I bought some more Luck Topps Chrome RC's just because I don't think you can have too many Topps Chrome RC's of today's young stars. I think Luck is the real deal. My goal is to get all the non-auto refractor colors/variations for this RC for Luck. I have the regular version, the Xfractor. And I just bought the Camo refractor yesterday so I will look forward to seeing that in my mailbox soon! Looking forward to adding more when I get the chance.

Finally. I thought I would save the best for last. Growing up a 49er fan in the 80's this was the card I could never afford. I actually had a PSA 9 previously but sold it because I wanted to see if I could get one with slightly better centering. I think this one fits the bill. Maybe a very slight tilt (you guys tell me if you think so), but generally pretty good eye appeal on this one I think. I know a PSA 10 would be more of a white whale, but for my budget this one in a 9 qualifies, especially to the teenage me who couldn't afford a raw copy in the late 80's early 90's. Thanks for looking.

I don't see any tilt except the way the card is sitting in the holder
<< <i>awesome Montana...love it. >>

rjcoy06--I think if you wait on the Durant Refractor it might go down. I think with the hype of his great season and his first MVP coming his cards are a little higher now than they will be once the offseason hits. The same thing happened with Lebron Chrome RC's last postseason. They started the playoffs at around $275, ended the playoffs at around $450 for a PSA 10 Topps Chrome RC, then in the offseason they settled between $300-350 which is where they are sitting at again now. I have a bunch of the Lebron RC's so hopefully another title run pushes those back up and I may sell one or two to fund other endeavors.
Mr.Knowthanx--Thanks. I love the Topps Chrome series and wish Topps still had a license for the NBA. Good luck picking yours up. They are great for collecting and hold value well too, which is why I pick extras of them up when I am getting multiples of a player.
Great additions here for my Durant collection. 3 of the 4 are cards are cards I didn't already have (I had the Bowman Elevation already in PSA 10). I love the 57 insert card and have been looking for it for a while. The eTopps card is fairly hard to locate for a modern card. After the disaster of the last auto card I bought from eBay I am glad to finally get my KD Auto RC in PSA 10 in one piece
My newest Andrew Luck Chrome Refractor cards. Hoping to get his Chrome Non-Auto Refractors in a rainbow in PSA 10. Didn't have these two yet.
Great new project for me. 500 HR RC PSA graded. This is a great start. Love the centering on the Murray. I have wanted this card since I was a teenager in the 90's.
