Upcoming Kuenker auction

Its been a while since I've bid directly in a non-US auction so a naive question. How do you remit payment to Kuenker from the US? Do they take credit cards or ?

Thanks!

I've paid them via wire transfer. You may also be able to use Paypal (I have with Gorny & Mosch before).

You can do credit card through PayPal for an additional 3.5% (I have done this), or supposedly pay directly with Visa or MasterCard for an additional 4.5% (never done this). I hope you're not looking at the lots I'm looking at image.

Thanks for the input guys, that helps a bunch.

Not likely Joe. The gold medals are pretty interesting and the ARs I either have or have in AE - but my interest is on the coins.

I have been a winning bidder twice with them and both
times had to go thru paypal. I would check with them
about direct use of CC. Good luck with bidding . They do
    have some nice lots.

Be careful if leaving a book bid. They have been known to favor the consignor over the buyer.

    Live bidding may help.

Bid on 6 lots. 0/6. Mostly medieval Scandinavian.

0/1 for me. I was the underbidder on an absolutely gorgeous Trier german states piece.

I think I'm 1/1 (first time bidding with them). For those who have past experience should I be expecting an invoice in my email inbox soon?

The past two times I've won from them, I received the invoice by email the day after the entire group of auctions ended.

Similar to Iosephus, I received mine 2 days after last auction ended.

How did the prices hammer relative to estimates?

Pruebas hit the nail on the head.
    It is not just K.
others also use this practice. it is not illegal in Germany.
they also place "bidders" into the actual sales location to boost bids.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life

Didn't get anything. Really wanted one piece but was the underbidder at over twice the estimate. On the other hand its the second time I missed this type over the last year so just need to be patient. Also, some other nifty, "in the gut" stuff (mostly currency) has appeared on the market so lived to spend another day...
