  • I would ask the seller for the PCGS certification number. Look up the coin and see if you can determine who the set owner is, and try to contact them. It is very possible the coin was never deleted from the previous owners set. I definitely think your concerns are valid.

    Could be one of the Chinese counterfeits that is going around.
