Not. He was fired because he didn't understand the voluntary dress code, and his Coug of a dad probably told him to go in his Broncos' jersey. When he was told it wasn't acceptable, he bailed. Sounds about right for today's youth Read

Yes! Because he had no choice but to wear a jersey for a local sports team (nevermind the standard dress code which was optional). I suppose my wife should wear a Broncos' shirt to work and sue Kroger on Blue Fridays? Thanks for the brilliant idea!
