Is this something new on eBay

Just noticed that eBay has restrictions on some cards only being allowed to be listed if they are graded by a reputable grading company

Nice policy but am guessing there are more than a few ways around it. Just noticed it today but it may have been in place for a while?

It's been in place for a couple years at least. I recall running across ungraded Jordan listings that mentioned this policy. I though 63 Topps Rose was on there as well, but doesn't appear to be now.

If I ever decide to start buying and/or selling on eBay I'm going to request a Cliff's Notes version of the rules for buying/selling, who shills, who to buy from, who to sell to, who to avoid, etc.

The Cliff's note version is a Large gigabite download or Hard copy volumes #1-4 can be shipped direct to your house via Railroad freight!!! Too heavy for USPS!

It's been around for several years for a lot of those items. At least 5 years if not more for the Gretzky RC's
