Can a card get multiple qualifiers?

If so, I think this one deserves 3 (OC,PD,ST).

1951 Mantle

This is the ugliest "8" I've ever seen.

Where is the stain?? If you are thinking the back, I believe that is a shadow running along the card??

It'd be an acceptable 6 OC. The 8 just doesn't fit the corners.

perhaps it deserves an (OCD) qualifier.

I think 8oc is fine. They are pretty lenient with small wax stains on the backs of the early bowman cards. I don't see any PD and I think it looks rather sharp other than centering.

Back top left by 'Born' & 'Height'. It doesn't seem to move like the other shadows between pics.

The line that runs from the jersey under the arm all the way through his face isn't normal on that card is it?

I see it now, could be true about being lenient on wax for this paticuliar issue??

I've seen them with the line in a similar area, maybe lower. Guess that line can be centering dependent(lol). Kind of an eyesore to me though. I OCD'ed over that more than the centering image

edit: link to an SGC Mantle with the line:

+a large number. Those are 7 corners at best (maybe 6).

It's just a printing line which is fairly common in the early 50s bowman cards. In my experience, they don't give PD for this since it is fairly common.
