This is the best I have for Frank and I just rejoined so I have some free subs, any chance at a 10 LMK thanks

Probably not worth using a free sub on that one (or any, for that matter - use it for a better return on value) as it looks like a PSA 8 at best (lower right corner). Give it a few weeks and the card will settle back down to $15-20 for PSA 10's and you can take your pick of the litter on eBay.
