If anything, it looks like a specimen that has entered circulation. We'd appreciate some background on it. Is it a key date, is it tough, are you building a set, etc....

Well it's is a SP63 from the Kwangsi / Kwangsea China Republic they made two Types one in (1920) was made in Sliver and one in (1921) that is A Pattern in copper, They say it's common they only made them for the two years. But as of now there is only 4 in AU and 7 in SP63 BN no others in any other grades. I don't do set's it's just me i like to find key's and simkeys and varietys and have them graded so if some day if and when i sell them some one will have a nice graded coin to add to there set's.
