Have been a bit on a tear of recent. These are later 18th, early-mid 19th century pieces which are quite tough. The first, in particular, is seldom seen.
1794. Paar. Austria. Johann Wenzel (1744 - 1812) Half Convention Taler. Vienna Mint. Holzmair 72. Mont. 2951. Very scarce piece in any grade. Seems like a very early strike with a fabulous reverse. Mintage of 400. Scarce.

1820. Austria. Bishopric State of Olmütz Taler. Rudolf Johannes Joseph Rainier von Habsburg-Lothringen (1819-1830). Archbishop and Cardinal, 1819/20-1831. Bust left. Crowned and mantled coat-of-arms. DAV-41. Suchomel/Videman 1205. Scarce in mint state. Areas of toning with sharp details. NGC MS-63.

1865-E. Emperor of Austria Franz Joseph (1848-1916) Thaler. Karlsburg Mint. DAV-26. Herinek 479. KM-2244. One of the nicest in existance. Just luster and detail all over. PCGS MS-66.

I, too love the 1794 Paar. The reverse is possibly the most stunning I've seen on any of the Talers you've posted. I would seriously be concerned about restoration damaging the luster of that reverse. It might be worthwhile to leave the black spots, so that you can rest assured knowing the reverse will not be impaired.
