2013 National Pack Redemption Cards

Does anyone know, are these cards exclusive to the national or just advance copies of cards that will later be in production? I'm asking because if I plan to slab a card(s), do I need to do it now when they are sure to have been from the national show and maybe indicated so on the flip, or is there usually a way to distinguish them from those that are in production if I wait. I notice that some of the cards don't specifically say 2013 Nationals on them, while others do.

I believe they are all National exclusive but did you have a specific card or set in mind?
