Biafra Climbing

One pound Biafra silver pound on the 'bay in NGC66 is at 491 so far. Not my listing, but find it interesting that interest seems to be building in these. It is a nice specimen, though not PL. Gotta get mine out and eyeball them (raw x2 ).

Climbing back to where it was 2011-12

edit: FWIW it looks overgraded compared to my PCGS 65, so not worth 66 pricing IMO

Or yours undergraded? LOL... Ours are always the undergraded ones....

I agree though, think that one is going based on the slab number....

  • The Aluminium small denominations seem to be slow, there are some very nice examples up on the Bay at the moment and are difficult to obtain in high grades due to the composition of the coins

That is very true, debsbuying! I don't understand it one bit. I feel like I've seen the same ones re-listed for many moons now. Unfortunately for those coins, they're not my type, else I'd have rescued them from the abyss of the 'Bay long ago image
