Question about 1991 O-Pee-Chee Box

I was wondering if anyone had any insight to this box that is strikingly different from the 1991 O-Pee-Chee wax boxes that are readily found. Arktos Sports Cards is printed on the box and the packs, where I thought it usually states it is distributed by O-Pee-Chee London, Ontario. What is really throwing me off is the "Hand Selected" "Mint Condition".

I have seen these OPC boxes before. I dont know who they were distributed to but they are legit. 1 downer with these is that you dont get the box bottom cards like the normal OPC boxes. My guess is that these went to retail stores but thats just a guess
is there also no gum? that would be another positive.

That is the Premier version and there is NO Chipper Jones in those boxes.

Ahhh!! Yes. Good then. The premiere is absolute junk. More so than what is thrown around here as "junk".

Have you ever ripped into any of these type boxes? I searched for Arktos Sports Cards and the only thing that I could find is what appears to be a chain of card shops with that name and no website. I was just curious if they repackaged with their name vending boxes they had opened. That would be the only way I could imagine "Hand Picked" "Mint Condition" lol
