1983 Topps Rack Case Ebay

Hey guys, I saw this case on ebay and have been looking for one for quite sometime. I would prefer unopened but might be interested anyway. Does anyone have any experience with this seller? Also I would welcome any thoughts or comments. I should also say that Steve has been looking for one for me for quite some time. Thanks!

Well he's dishonest enough to cancel an auction and sell off ebay, so I would say he sucks.

Do you have a link? Can't say I fault him for ending auction early in light of fleecebay fees these days..

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
