    It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure this one out.....Great Collections is giving away money.

    Only about 1/3 to 1/2 of those submitted to PCGS make PR70DCAM. And it is going to cost you about $50 for the submission - not counting postage and insurance.

    So, paying $120 for a guaranteed PR70DCAM - no risk of ending up with a PR69 (or worse)

    Count me in.
