who makes a good pennant frame?

Google not helping. Anyone recommend a good wooden frame for an old pennant 12"x30"?

I'm trying to frame this Braves pennant

    Honestly never seen a pennant frame. 2 ways to do it come to mind;
    1) Get a rectangle frame, and nice matching colored piece of mat and just put the pennant on the mat and frame it. Or have someone cut a triangle hole in the mat. Mom and pop framers are more likely to be able to do it than a national chain.
    2) order a rectangular wooden frame longer than your piece and use a table saw and freshen up your geometry skills to help cut the ends to the correct angle and build it yourself. Can probably order triangular plexi from somewhere online.
