Austrian 1/2 Taler newp grade inquiry

A recent NEWP that I believed was under graded but would like others opinions here....its an Austrian 1/2 Taler 1773 IC-SK. Maria Teresa, veiled head type -struck in Vienna mint.
Its graded NGC MS62 - the example has some adjustment marks plus a somewhat weak center shield but otherwise a totally lustrous example with great fields, and strike.

What are some thoughts here on the grade, and would PCGS grade this 63 or 64?

    Strike looks superb. Any hairlines in field? Reverse is really stunning.

    actually yes some hairlines - very subtle - maybe a light cleaning long ago - most obvious at right of bust area - the fields still have PL fields and really striking in hand.

    That is a very sharp piece marcmoish. I am guessing perhaps NGC put it at 62 due to contact marks in the fields? Hard to tell when not in hand but still a great piece.

    My first thought was that those lines on the bust were adjustment marks. Look too deep and "old" (for lack of a better work) to be a cleaning.

    Seems like a bit of a weak strike (I don't know how nice these come), MS62 sounds right.

    thanks guys.. that IS adjustment marks on the bust/neck area Poker - Zohar was alluding to some faint hairlines from a "possible" old cleaning its not obvious at all...also the cracks around 5-7PM on obverse are die cracks NOT scratches.
