Bought a couple of cards off eBay. Checked the delivery, and for today it says missent. Anyone ever had this happen and is there any cause for concern?

No. It just means the package was misrouted but caught by the PO and is being re-routed to the correct PO.

<< <i>Well that was a quick reply I appreciate it. Never had that status before. >>
NP. I've had it happen a few times and usually get the package within 1-2 business days after that.

It happens all the time, it means someone at USPS sorted it into the wrong bin. Never had one that wasnt corrected (knock on wood) and then promptly delivered.
It's the post office. There's always cause for concern. The cause for concern begins when you see the seller is sending it USPS. They are overall pretty inept and don't give a sh!t if they lose your package. I now insure everything I send through them of any value

Maybe there are problems at your Post Office. There have never been any at mine. I've had my mailman go out of his way to provide service.
Last week, I couldn't get to the door for a package that required a signature. On my way to work, he flagged me down, and let me sign and get the package. That doesn't sound 'inept' to me.
Same as Grote (Tim) - had this happen a few times. It was a routing problem with the PO. They usually fix it and deliver it properly. Wouldn't worry. If you don't get it after 3-4 days of expecting it, give them a call with your referenced tracking information.
