Coin World Online gives results of Palladium coin study

Basically says that a bullion coin program would not be profitable, but that a collector coin program might. In other words, if we will pay them several hundred dollars over the melt value, as we are doing on the platinum..........

    and I'd think a numismatic program wouldn't last long.

    They could probably still do a 1 year only special coin for some special occasion.

    Were/are the palladium maples 'bullion'??

    Better they should not do them at all, but if the Treasury Dept. has to bow to the Hoar in Congress who is pushing a palladium coin because they mine palladium in his state, how about a one-year-only 2016 issue since they are using the Mercury Dime obverse?
