    First of all, it's PCGS not PSGC.

    Secondly, on the 1950 penny, you say non proof but high grade. Does this mean you want an AU? or MS? how high a grade does your budget allow?

    Just so you know, I don't have either of the slabs you're looking for but I believe answering my question will help others reach you quicker. Just tryin to help.
