is this not the actual card graded? It just doesn't look like what should be a BCCG 9. Might just be me.

BCCG 9 = Near mint or better.

I think I can do a better job at grading than BCCG. I dont see that as a NM card, but closer to EX. Even if BCCG takes less time to examine it, those corners are rough as is the top edge, and it looks like some print streaks at the top right edge.

Thats just me. But Im no expert.

BCCG is garbage. I wouldn't even consider buying a card graded by them.
