Silver plated Roman coins

Ill get some pics up tomorow, but for starters heres what I know. Ive read that the Romans did silver plate some of their coins for circulation. Some a silver alloy dissolved none silver and stuck it, others were sheets heat welded together then struck out. Also many fakes were made to circulate. Now for my question...How do I tell these apart, or do I just send them off to NGC in hopes they come back authentic or contemporary conterfeits.

Post them here first. There is tons of silvered Romans. Many are super common and not worth the price of slabbing *shutter*.
