1938 India 1/4 Anna Large Date ?

Has anybody ever heard of this variety before. TIA

    There are two date types for 1938 large date and small date. The 1 of 1938 and N of India are perfectly left aligned in Large date.

    The small date is very hard to find. I have not been able to spot one in years!
