  I blew all my eBay Bucks on this baby!
  The price differential between MS64 and MS65 Canadian nickel dollars is significant.
  When I spot a clean 64 I grab it.
  IMO ICCS tends to undergrade coins in general (of course I've come across some real turkeys in ICCS plastic).

  This arrived the other day and it looks great - IMO it is undergraded by at least 1 point.
  Slowly closing in on my 2013 goal of a complete MS64 set of nickel dollars.

  May be under graded. But it depends which other TPG you would compare it with.

  Ah yes, our own coins usually do well in grading assessments...LOL.
