another shipwreck, nobly salvaged...

.. or do I mean savaged?

I really hope the look in-hand is as the pictures.. I'm really interested in the contrast between really legible detail, natural destruction and kinetic savagry.
One of those coins that anyone would like to have.... for the right price. I paid too much after getting into a late bidding war. "HEY, YOU CAN'T TAKE THAT FROM ME."

$100 down the drain.

I like it too, another coin from the VOC shipwreck Hollandia (MF 1739) , this pillar is from the official VOC cargo , in contrast to the silver rider which was part of the smuggled coins.
