    I will offer a PCGS XF40 for $260 delivered, net to me.
    The coin is mostly white with some very light tone, more so on the rev, has considerable luster, and a good third of
    the eagle's breast feathers are present, suggesting a technical grade of XF45.
    For the full $400, I'll throw in a raw problem free VF/XF 32S authenticated by Randy Campbell.
