    Probstein has several PSA 9 of the 1983 Ryne Sandberg cards for sell on eBay that are well centered. I would check there.

    oh ok...I was just trying to help out. I wish that I knew that you were looking for one sooner. I just sold a PSA 9 a few weeks ago that was perfectly centered for a 9.
