what if this card exsisted what would it be worth? $5000? $10,000? would be cool if topps did a remake of this card in one of its sets would be cool to see

    It was done as an insert somewhere along the line. I saw it at a show last weekend and had exactly the same thought as yours.

    $600 to $1,000 for the base
    $3,000 to $6,000 for the refractor

    $20,000 for a PSA 10 refractor

    Base would go 75-90 and the refractor would sell for 1500-2000.

    yeah the base i think would book for $500 and the refractor around 6k to 8k

    What if Ted Williams's head, which is encased right down the street, suddenly, without any scientific explanation, regnerated the rest of his body, and put on the cleats and got signed for a two year contract with the Yuma Arizona SopranoScorps ? What if ? Upper Deck then signs Ted and his regenerated body to sign exclusive autographs upon Bruce Sutter 1989 Upper Deck reprinted cards,. Note that Ted and his regenerated body is hitting .786 while playing for the Yuma AZ Scorps. Total chance to make it big for 15 years in the big leeeeeeegs,

    Now how much is THAT made up card worth beeeeetch ?

    There are a few insert sets among all brands called "The Cards That Never Were"...........since we're talking about baseball, here are some I would have liked to see

    1989 Upper Deck Deion Sanders
    1989 Upper Deck Joey Belle
    1990 Leaf Juan Gonzalez
    1991 Topps Jim Thome (Desert Shield)
    1991 Topps Pedro Martinez (Desert Shield)

    just saw a 1993 finest refractor jeter on ebay it was from the 2001 topps finest set it sold for $35.00 If i get a chance I am going to get this card i think its great card to own and looks really cool

    lol, I made sure I put "liked to see" in my comment. He has many 94's to choose from though.

    you guys think jeters cards could be desired like Jordans cards some day ? maybe if he broke the hit recored he cards would soar. I did see a metal gems jeter on ebay with a BIN for $4999
