What makes you think the TCMA card is not real? While there are known fakes or reprints of the 1981 issue, from the back scan, it does look legit to me. One identifiable difference between the fake and original is the script "Infielder American Assoc" in the top right corner. The reprint has a different size font of this, and by looking at the back of my PSA 9, they font sizes appear to match.
Now, if you want to argue the "10" grade or the integrity of the grading company, that is a different point. PSA has yet to grade a 10, as the centering and tilt issues likely keep it that way. PSA 9's typically sell for about $125 to $150, so the $45 listed by the ebay seller is not that bad, especially if it would grade an 8.5 or 9. I have sold a PSA 7 within the last year for $50.
Venezuelans are just tough issues in general. There is typically paper loss on the back, as these were glued to albums. Yes, there are 3 cards with Sandberg, the best one in my opinion is of him by himself, #233.
Its an auction, he could start it at 99cents if he wanted. Doesn't mean its actually real or not. If that was the BIN, then that would be a different story.

It was all about the grading company. What makes me think it is fake is that Capitol Grading, like GEM have been notorious for fakes in their holders.
IMO there's a level below "basement grading company", and Capitol Grading is in it. It's "dungeon grading company", and it's like a basement grading company, but with evil intent.
