Got quite a few scratches on it, thinking it was cleaned ... doubtful I could resell for profit in this condition but it would fill a hole in my collection ...

The images look like it was scrubbed pretty good. Unless it's really rare I'd wait for a better one.

I would imagine it will reappear as these are NCLTs and show up with some frequency.
