Not sure about this piece but I think its the one ounce 999 silver issue. Could find it in Krause and I have not seen this one before, looked it up on ebay....silver.
Was at a local dealers and asked if he had any new world coins for me, since I buy everything he gets in typically at his prices or slightly higher. This was in the box of none silver coins he purchased, so I told him and put $25 on it for him.

I'm just asking for clarification CaptH.
Do you say this because the purported purity/fineness is supect in your experience or because there is just no interest/ready market in Liberian coinage ? Another reason entirely that I haven't considered?
